Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. The rooms were nice with good Wi-Fi. The hotel was set in a very central area near Costa Rica, Santa Elena, and the center. It also was by nature.

I stayed here for a trip and would like to stay longer. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a great area, very close to Monteverde and the garden. Very central location of this family-run property was a bonus. Also, it was 1 mile from Monteverde Orchid Garden. Greatly enjoyed clean room I was given. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. Amicable and superfriendly staff who were always there to help.
Nothing could have been better.

The staff at Quetzal Inn were incredibly helpful in arranging all of my trips and activities, including ziplining, canopy bridge, night tours, and a coffee tour. They even provided transportation to La Fortuna. Emilio, in particular, was exceptional in his service. the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm in the colder Monteverde weather. the location of the hotel was great, right in town, with a relaxing hammock area for guests to unwind. Plus, the option to buy beers at the reception was a nice touch.
Felt quite safe, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a restaurant with delicious pizza, a sunlit hammock area, and a balcony in some rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance in arranging trips and shuttle services. The breakfast is great, offering options for those with dietary restrictions such as dairy allergies. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets, perfect for the colder temperature in the area.
There is no shared kitchen available for guests, which could be inconvenient for those who bring their own groceries.

We had a lovely stay at Quetzal Inn in Monteverde. The breakfast was delicious, and my daughter, who has a dairy allergy, was able to enjoy everything. Our room had a balcony, which gave us some extra space to relax. We also loved the outdoor seating areas, including the restaurant where we saw others working on their laptops and the hammocks. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Monteverde.
